2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our website we collect the details you give us:
- Your name
- Phone number and email address
- First line of your address and postcode
- The service you need, your property type and any message you write
We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment details through the website.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a survey or visit
- To prepare a quote and carry out the work you ask for
- To keep records of work, certificates and warranties, for example Gas Safe certificates and boiler warranty registration
We use your information because you have asked us to provide a quote or service (steps before entering a contract), to meet our legal obligations, and in our legitimate interest of running the business. We will not send you marketing without your permission.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If we carry out work for you, we keep job, certificate and warranty records for as long as needed to meet legal, insurance and accounting requirements.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, where we no longer need to keep it
- Stop or limit how we use it
